I give a new life to the profession of picker, a profession that brings us back to the time of the herbalists.
Between the Côte d'Azur coastline and the hinterland of Nice, Les Sauvages collects local wild plants.
Only 20 minutes by train from Nice, we are only a minute's walk from the Cap d'Ail train station.
We also grow local plants on our land in Cap d'Ail above the customs path. It is an educational garden where we offer workshops in herbalism. This land was made available to us by the town of Cap d'Ail. We are in charge of the citrus fruits of the commune. We produce the orange blossom water of Cap d'Ail.
Harvesting locally and selling in a short circuit are the key words of this artisanal project.
All the plants are picked or produced in the respect of the environment and the pollination.
We look forward to showing you the products of our local harvesting in Cap d'Ail or in the mountains of Gréolières.
