Retrospective of the exhibition running until November 14 at the Musée de l'Annonciade in Saint-Tropez. Lecture presented by SEVERINE BERGER, Chief Curator of the Museum.

Until November 14, the Musée de l'Annonciade in Saint-Tropez is hosting an exhibition devoted to Lucie Cousturier, a little-known artist whose work and life are being brought to light for the first time.

This retrospective aims to rediscover this forgotten figure of modern art and place her in the context of her era. Séverine Berger, head curator of the Musée de l'Annonciade, will introduce us to the artist and her evolution in a rich and dynamic artistic environment.

A member of the Neo-Impressionist group, she worked alongside major figures in this movement, such as Maximilien Luce, Henri-Edmond Cross, Charles Angrand, Paul Signac and Théo Van Rysselberghe.
His works were exhibited alongside theirs at the Salon des Artistes Indépendants, as well as in the prestigious Bernheim and Druet galleries. She will retrace the artist's career, placing his creations in perspective with the artistic currents of his time.
