Open to everyone, our group workshops share a love of homemade goodness and quality local ingredients.

On the agenda: a warm welcome featuring the flavors of the South, a pastry class on a theme of your choice, using regional ingredients, and finally, a tasting of your creations.

Whether alone, with friends, or family, the Chef welcomes you in a relaxed atmosphere directly into his kitchen in small groups of 8 people, for a truly special experience. Throughout the seasons, you'll create pastries that are as beautiful as they are delicious.

After 20 years in Michelin-starred restaurants, the Chef shares all his techniques and the secrets of his favorite recipes so you can easily recreate them at home without professional equipment. Learn the basics of pastry making and let your creativity shine.
