As part of the "Vignobles en Scène" event organized by the Vignobles & Découvertes label, Château Saint-Maur is offering a unique sensory tour focusing on wine aromas: their origin, diversity and expression in each cuvée.
An immersive, educational experience: this guided tour, punctuated by key stages of the estate, explores aromas through
- Terroir: grape varieties, soils, climate, vine cultivation
- Vinification: fermentation,
- Maturing: stainless steel vats or barrels
- Tasting of 2 representative cuvées
Using aromatic vials from the famous Le Nez du Vin box, participants can refine their olfactory perception throughout the visit.
