“We favor good products, local, organic, natural…” confides Éric Benouari, the owner. Indeed, on the menu the organic lemonade comes from Grasse, just like Kombucha (a popular fermented drink). The smoothies exist in a vegan version and the frozen mochis inspired by Japanese pastries are 100% natural and made in La Ciotat. As for the tasty ice creams, they are made in Côte D'Azur by one of the rare master ice cream makers in the region, and are available in more than twenty flavors!
