Residence located at the gateway to l'Estérel, famous for its red rock contrasting with the blue of the Mediterranean, 500m from the Santa Lucia port for local shops and 300m from a cove for swimming. Sandy beach 800m from the residence.

Green residence with unheated outdoor swimming pool open from April to early October, with solarium. The town center is 2km away.services include free wifi from the accommodation, linen provided (table, bedding and toiletries), TV, secure outdoor parking, loan of books and board games. A pétanque court awaits you, as well as 2 ping-pong tables (racket loan) and table soccer. For a fee, the residence offers laundry facilities, a baby kit (reservation required) and a pet-friendly package. All our studios have a fully-equipped kitchenette. Saturday-to-Saturday or Sunday-to-Sunday rentals are available, as well as 3 or 4-night minimum rentals in low season. All our ground-floor apartments are for 5 people, with an outside terrace equipped for outdoor lunches. The 4 and 6-person apartments are on the upper floors, with balconies that are also equipped. Rates

Winter rates from the end of October to the end of April range from €388 to €542 per week based on a 4-person studio.
Summer rates from early May to October range from €590 to €482 per week based on a 4-person studio.
July rates vary between 900€ and 1408€ and in August between
1481€ and 1074€ per week, again based on 4 people.
Long-term rates available from the end of October to the end of March.
