The menu is rooted in the Mediterranean region and includes influences from across the Mediterranean, including Lebanon and Turkey.
Lucia's menu has been developed by Alessandro Pizza, Executive Chef of Nikki Beach Global, and Yvon Mbiavanga, Executive Chef of Lucia, to ensure a blend of creativity and culinary expertise that promises an unforgettable dining experience.

A CELEBRATION OF EXTRAVAGANCE
Lucia is a seaside restaurant dressed in a vibrant array of colours, patterns and a rich tapestry of textures. Like a DJ's setlist, the menu will evolve with the seasons, offering an ever-changing array of creative Mediterranean dishes. The dishes will focus on the cuisine of the sun, with ingredients that have been embraced by the sun itself.

Derived from the Latin ‘lux’, meaning all that is light and luminous, Lucia transcends languages and borders, radiating illumination, charm and a touch of magic.

Inspired by the different phases of sunlight and celestial events, this new culinary gem will offer an experience that evolves throughout the day, promising an atmosphere that shines from dawn to dusk.

This winter, Lucia Cannes reinvents the magic of Christmas with a Mediterranean twist. Here, there’s no snow or frosted pine trees — the festive season unfolds under the sun, by the sea, dressed in an elegant shade of lobster red.
From December 9 to January 1, 2026, Lucia Cannes transforms its beach into a joyful and radiant celebration space, blending gourmet delights, creative workshops, and moments of heartfelt connection.

“A Very Lobster Christmas” is a bold and joy-filled celebration, infused with a festive and sun-kissed spirit.
Throughout December, lobster takes center stage at Lucia with a special selection of signature dishes imagined by Chef Yvon Mbiavanga: creative recipes, citrus notes, fresh herbs, and gentle spices — an ode to the Mediterranean and the art of celebration.

On Christmas Eve, Lucia will host an exclusive Lobster Bar Lunch — a festive seafood experience in an elegant yet relaxed seaside atmosphere.

December 14: Lighting Ceremony & Advent Wreath Workshop
A warm and festive evening where guests can create their own personalized Advent wreaths, surrounded by sparkling lights and the joyful spirit of the season — the perfect way to welcome Christmas together.

December 20: Christmas Run Club & Gingerbread Workshop
A morning to run, laugh, and breathe in the fresh Croisette air during the Christmas Run Club, followed by a well-deserved hot chocolate.
The festive spirit continues with a cheerful gingerbread workshop where everyone can decorate their own gingerbread house in a cozy, seaside setting filled with laughter, sweet aromas, and warm holiday cheer — a delightful moment for both children and adults.

December 24: Christmas Lunch
The highlight of the season! A festive Riviera-style lunch celebrating lobster in all its forms — from reimagined lobster rolls to signature dishes enhanced with citrus, fresh herbs, and gentle spices. A joyful and delicious moment by the sea.

January 1: New Year’s Day Recovery Lunch
To start 2026 in style, Lucia offers a relaxed yet refined lunch combining freshness, elegance, and joie de vivre — the perfect way to recover from the celebrations and welcome a bright new year.

A generous Christmas with Rayon de Soleil

Lucia Cannes proudly continues its partnership with the local association Rayon de Soleil, dedicated to helping underprivileged children. Guests are invited to place gifts under the Solidarity Tree to bring a little light and comfort to those who need it most.
Children can also drop off their letters to Santa in the red mailbox near Lucia’s Christmas tree before December 22. The most touching letter will be rewarded with a special surprise from Santa — a magical moment to extend the wonder of the holidays.
