A giant spinning top, a bewitched man, and a whirlwind of emotions: between Mediterranean tradition and contemporary circus, POI makes heads spin and suspends time.
POI is a contemporary circus show created and performed by Guillem Vizcaíno, world champion of freestyle spinning. He plays a man obsessed since childhood with the hypnotic power of the spinning top. On stage, juggling, object manipulation, and acrobatics combine with the ancestral art of spinning tops, handcrafted by the artist himself. One of them weighs 45 kg and is launched with a 15-meter rope! Through this traditional Mediterranean game, POI questions our relationship with time, movement, and childhood.
