Welcome to Port-Cros, an unspoilt sanctuary in the heart of the National Park, which is about to experience an exceptional moment when it opens its harbor to a fleet like no other: the Pointus, the traditional boats that embody the soul of the Mediterranean.

- 9:00am - 11:00am: Welcome and registration of participants at the port
Practical information and briefing
Installation of boats

- 11h00 - 12h00: Practical workshops on the quayside
Discussions with specialists and enthusiasts

- 2:30 - 4:00 pm: Concours d'élégance and demonstration of boats and crews
Presentation of participating pointus boats and their history
Parade of crews in traditional dress
Evaluation by a jury of Port-Crosians and specialists

- 4:30 - 6:30 pm: Boat maneuvering challenge
Precision tests between buoys
Demonstration of traditional navigation techniques

- until 10:30 pm: Grand concert in the harbor
Festive and friendly atmosphere by the sea

- 9:30 am - 12:00 pm: Tour of Bagaud Island in pointus boats
Collective departure of participating boats
The luckiest visitors are shuttled aboard by volunteer pointus.

- 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Final gathering of boats in the harbor
Nautical parade
Prize-giving ceremony for the various categories

- 4:30 - 5:00 pm: Closing ceremony
Thanks to participants, volunteers and partners

In addition to this special moment in Port-cros, the Comité des Fêtes is pleased to invite you to a buffet lunch and dinner on Saturday September 13, reserved exclusively for registered pointus crews*. Lunch on Sunday September 14 will also be offered. A coffee corner will also be reserved for them. A bucolic spot in front of the mythical chapel on the Ile de Port-Cros will be reserved for you. Your place at the Ponton is kindly provided by the Parc National de Port-Cros. Free shuttle to the port of Hyère with our partner TLV after the concert for those wishing to spend the night ashore.
