A "natural" athletics event in an urban environment, accessible to all audiences, on an exceptional site, organized by Nice Côte d'Azur Athletics.
9:00 a.m. and 9:35 a.m.: The Ma belle Prom’ 5km: This will be run over five 1km loops to make the course safer; runners will be able to be cheered on several times by their supporters! To improve the flow, there will be two starting waves: Wave 1 for runners over 28 minutes, Wave 2 for runners under 28 minutes.
10:40 a.m.: The Caisse d’Epargne Côte d’Azur 5x1km Relay is open this year to even more participants, as the principle will be to form mixed teams of 3 to 5 runners, each of whom will be able to run 1 to 2 1km loops.
11:20 a.m.: The iconic Mile des Anglais, a straight this year (starting at Magnan), and open to all runners over the age of 12;
11:35 a.m.: The Kid's Mile: This will allow younger children to take on a loop of approximately 500 meters, adapted to each age (with 3 starts).
New: A Sport Santé area will be open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., in partnership with Harmonie Mutuelle and the City of Nice's Sport Santé Center:
Sports and Health Assessments: 4 fitness tests accessible to everyone, even those most removed from physical activity, offered by the City of Nice. Adapted activity instructors will supervise these assessments and provide awareness and advice on the importance of being active every day.

All participants may, if they wish, make a voluntary donation to our partner for the past seven years, the Ligue contre le Cancer 06.
For all races, upon registration, you will be asked to complete the PPS (Parcours Prévention Santé) of the French Athletics Federation.
