Our Chef, Julien Pilati, hails from the Champagne region and has worked alongside renowned chefs such as Alain Ducasse, Hélène Darroze, Arnaud Lallemant, and Michel Sarran. His wife, Laetitia, is from Brittany and has extensive experience in international luxury event planning.
