Nestling in the heart of the village of Colomars, halfway between the seaside and the hinterland of Nice, the Auberge du Rédier is a peaceful place where guests are welcomed as guests, with a demanding service that pays attention to the smallest details.
The restaurant and its intimate setting invite you to savour dishes accompanied by vegetables from the garden. The team's cuisine is generous, tasty, simple and authentic, and the menu evolves with the seasons.
The wine list is 100% French, featuring both big names and small, ethical wine producers, as well as wines from the Bellet appellation, just a stone's throw from the restaurant.

On the hotel side, we have 22 comfortable and spacious rooms, varying between mountain and garden views. The hotel is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a timeless stay.
