Here, in the heart of the Monte-Carlo Beach Hôtel, you'll find a cuisine for sharing, featuring a gastronomic score inspired by the delights of the Riviera. Mediterranean and Italian cuisine that celebrates seafood. Oysters, Breton blue lobster, langoustines, sea bass, sea bream, red mullet... the day's catch is always full of surprises!
