This chef, who is passionate about cooking, treats his customers in his own restaurant, the fruit of many years' work and experience. From an early age, he has had a real passion for cooking. After gaining a CAP in cookery, he went on to work in prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants in the north of France. It was in the 90s that he fell under the spell of the Côte d'Azur, where he settled and worked in some of the top establishments, honing his skills. Today, he thrives in his own establishment, where he blends the richness of French cuisine with Mediterranean flavours. From homemade desserts to tasty dishes, you'll be welcomed in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
