Guided and commented hikes in the Esterel, Golfe de St Tropez, Verdon, Lachens, ... all year round. For individuals or companies (team building, CSR) Solo, with family or friends, I adapt to all levels and all requests.

I offer you the chance to explore the Esterel's trails and discover its riches. Half or full day. Sunrise/sunset. In the heart of the massif or along the coast, you'll be amazed by the unique landscapes, the characteristic red rock lush flora and intensely blue sea. In the Esterel (Pic du Cap Roux with Grotte St Honorat, Pic d'Aurelle, Mont Vinaigre, Lac aux nénuphars, ...), but also in the hinterland (Cap Lardier, Cap Taillat, Sentier du Garde Canal, Mont Lachens, ...). Appropriate clothing for the season, but walking or trail shoes and plenty of water are essential. Outings subject to weather conditions and prefectoral decisions in summer (confirmation the day before).
