Open, well-lit apartment (40m2) in La Croix Valmer, a small village on the Mediterranean (Côte d'Azur), about 15 minutes west of Saint-Tropez; 1h30 from Nice and Marseille. Enhanced COVID-19 cleaning measures are in place (disinfection, no-touch check-in/check-out). The apartment has been recently renovated (March 2022), including a new paint job, new air conditioning system and kitchen upgrade. Recently renovated full kitchen and full bathroom with modern appliances, including a recently purchased washing machine (June 2018) and new, renovated kitchen countertop. Bedroom and sofa bed in living room, sleeps 4 comfortably. The bed is Queen size (160 cm). Couch/Futon is modern and is very comfortable to sleep on. Modern LCD TV with cable recently installed. The apartment has 2 balconies, both with views of the Mediterranean, the village and the coastal mountains. The apartment is located in the village of La Croix Valmer, with restaurants, cafés, bars and stores just a few steps away, no need to take your car. A superb 25-minute stroll through the vineyards takes you to one of France's most beautiful sandy beaches (Plage du Débarquement), with Gigaro beach, Escalet beach and the famous Pamplonne beach and other beautiful sandy beaches just a short drive away. The three famous "Golden Islands" (Port-Cros, Porquerolles and Levant) are visible from the apartment balcony, and the ferry to visit them is a short drive away. There are several nature trails along the coast (from Gigaro and Escalet) or in the nearby coastal mountains (from La Garde Freinet or Grimaud), the starting points easily accessible by car. Several typically Provencal "perched" villages are nearby, including Gassin, La Garde Freinet, Grimaud, Bormes les Mimosas and Ramatuelle. For an evening out, St Tropez is a 15-minute drive away. Local vineyards offer wine-tasting tours, and the nearest Domaine de La Croix (makes a fantastic rose) is just a short stroll away. The local swimming pool is also a short walk away. The apartment comes with a parking space, right next to the building, on the apartment's own property. This apartment regularly gets 5 stars and the owner will do everything possible to help you plan your trip and excursions. Please note that there is no WI-FI in the apartment. The apartment has air conditioning and a large standing fan. Please note that this accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
