Cannes, by the sea, on the 6th floor (with elevators) of a beautiful building whose entrance is located on the Croisette, facing the beaches, between the legendary Carlton and Martinez hotels.

36m² non-smoking studio with cabin for 3 to 4 people, high standard, air-conditioned with double glazing, small balcony with table and 2 armchairs.
Beautiful sea view when you sit on the sofa and of course on the balcony.
You will find all the comfort you want: air conditioning, induction hob, multifunction oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, large refrigerator-conservator.
Comfortable bedding.
Small grocery store at the foot of the building, large CASINO store 500m away.

Rental price 600 to 1200 euros per week (trade fair or festival period, please ask for the price)
Price per fortnight or month. In July, rental is done fortnightly, in August, it is done monthly.

The building is guarded 24 hours a day.
The Canto port covered car park is approximately 400m away.
At an additional cost, sheets can be provided and end-of-stay cleaning carried out.
Due to allergies, our animal friends are not allowed.
