

I accompany people who are going through periods of stress, sleep disorders or the effects of treatment, to regain serenity in their daily lives.
I work with people (especially adults and seniors) to help them relieve stress, improve sleep quality and get on with daily life more resourcefully and serenely, despite treatment or pathology.
I use a range of relaxation techniques to offer tailor-made support based on specific needs:
- Sophrology: a mind-body method combining conscious breathing, muscle relaxation and positive visualization. The exercises are easy to reproduce on a daily basis, and enable you to rapidly regain a state of well-being and stimulate your potential to improve your quality of life.
(Sophrology is not a substitute for medical treatment. It is a complement to any other treatment you may need from your GP or another specialist).
- E.F.T. (Emotional Freedom Techniques): a psycho-energetic practice I propose as a complement to sophrology, to help you regain emotional calm and improve your behavior in relation to a situation (by stimulating specific points (certain meridians derived from acupuncture) through tapping.
I adapt the sessions and techniques to suit each person's pace and feelings.
A session takes place in three stages:
- a first time of welcome and exchange to clarify your request and your needs,
- a second time to practice exercises,
- a final time of exchange to express your feelings. The 1st session lasts around 1h30, as we take the time to get to know you and define your objectives. Subsequent sessions last 1 hour.
I'm a member of the Chambre Syndicale de Sophrologie, and respect a code of ethics. I welcome you in a secure, respectful, confidential and caring environment.
I also offer group sessions for groups of 3 or more.
I welcome you by appointment at certain times of the year and on Saturdays during the summer season (and at any time by videoconference).
