Nestled in the heart of a 3 ha estate, SOWELL Résidences Les Chênes Verts welcomes you for a convivial stay by the sea. Perfectly equipped, our accommodation, which can accommodate up to 5 people, offers all the comforts to satisfy you.

The 116 air-conditioned apartments of the Résidence les Chênes Verts offer all the necessary comfort with a fitted kitchen area and dishwasher, bathroom with shower or bath, WC (separate in 2-room rentals). To enjoy the outdoors and the mild climate of the Riviera, our accommodations are equipped with a terrace with garden furniture or a balcony for those located upstairs.
Depending on your wishes, you can book a studio for 2 to 4 people, a 2-room apartment (with 1 bedroom) for 4 to 5 people.

To combine pleasure and a controlled budget, opt for the So'lnclusive formula including catering in the form of breakfast, take-out basket for lunch, afternoon tea, varied buffet dinner and soft and alcoholic drinks from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
