On the Giens peninsula, facing the Iles d'Or (Porquerolles, Port Cros, Levant), 180° panoramic sea view from the apartment and the very large private terrace upstairs.
The beach, with direct access from the garden, is gently sloping and safe, making it ideal for children's bathing, as you can walk some 80m along it.
It's sheltered from the Mistral but becomes a paradise for windsurfers and kite-surfers in strong easterly winds.
Nearby: shops, deep-sea fishing, golf, sailing, horse-riding, tennis, bike paths, leisure park, restaurants, discotheque, spa.
Stroll through the salt pans and marshes with their exceptional wildlife (pink flamingo, greater gravelot, curlew, belon shelduck, redshank...).
The village of La Capte is approx. 1.5km away, while Giens is approx. 2km.
The Almanarre beach (famous spot for kite-surfers) is approx. 2km away.

This comfortable 20m2 studio with 15m2 terrace is rated for 2 people. It can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to 2 fold-down bunk beds.
The two sleeping areas are separated by double blackout curtains.

Sleeping accommodation: 2 separate sleeping areas. A real 140X200 fold-down bed for 2 adults and 2 80X190 bunk beds, also fold-down, for 2 people. These fold-down beds save a considerable amount of space.
