The rates are not contractual and may be subject to fluctuations for which the EPIC Tourist Office cannot be held responsible. Reservations required for all walks, subject to availability.
Cancellation: (within 48 hours)
• From the service provider or the EPIC Tourist Office: as a priority, a
postponement of the activity will be proposed to the customer. If postponement is not possible,
this will result in a full refund of the activity.
• On the part of the customer: no postponement or refund (unless agreed by the
service provider) will not be carried out, except in the event of force majeure: accident
serious, illness,… with the obligation to provide a medical certificate.
• Some activities may be canceled if the massifs are closed
forests by the Prefecture or in the event of bad weather conditions.
