A legendary distance, the 100M will start from Auron at 1pm and reach the highest point of the route at over 2,650 metres above sea level: Rabuons and its unique mineral landscapes. Continuing towards Colle Longue, you will flirt with the Italian Piedmont before plunging into a wild and technical descent, tailor-made for lovers of wide open spaces.
You will then cross chestnut forests and traverse the sparkling meanders of the Tinée. The wonders of the Mercantour massif will then reveal themselves, followed by an aerial passage over superb ridges: after refuelling at Saint Sauveur sur Tinée, La Bolline and the Col de Varaire above the resort of La Colmiane.
The finale will live up to the adventure: the four mountains of Leuze, Vinaigrier, Alban and Boron will test your last reserves of strength and suddenly bring you face to face with the sea in a striking contrast. All that remains is to savour the last few metres along the coast until you reach the legendary Promenade des Anglais.
