This flat also includes: an outdoor terrace/dining room with pergola of 16 m² with table and chairs, and a second terrace/lounge of 26 sqm with hammock, deckchairs, sun umbrella.
Baby's things can be placed at your disposal (bed, high chairs, changing mats etc...).
