A large home for family vacations or gatherings with friends. Our home is a unique spot for peaceful, cozy, and light vacations on the Côte d'Azur.

The property has an amazing 180-degree view of the hills and the sea.
A sizable, secure, and heated 15 x 6.5 m swimming pool is waiting for you starting in the spring. The pool is heated from April 1 to October 31 and is open for swimming until the end of October.

Three sizable terraces encircle the house, one of which features a dining area with a plancha grill for summertime dinners.
However, the house may be enjoyed thanks to a large fireplace and reversible air conditioning in every room.
It features a remodeled kitchen with new appliances and fiber optic wiring.

The house has a huge living room that is over 75m² and opens onto a large kitchen. The bay windows let you take in the views from all directions and are bright, useful, and hospitable.

This property is located on 3000m² of gated land, half of which is planted and the other half is a natural area, at the summit of the stunning Domaine de la Nartelle. Children are completely safe to play freely. It is possible to park cars within the property.
A two-wheeler garage is also available.

The enormous beach of La Nartelle, with its water sports activities and beach eateries, is a 10-minute walk away, and the first beach, which has a restaurant and sunbathing facilities, is only down the road from the property.

Les Issambres is five minutes away by car, and Sainte-Maxime is ten minutes away.
A 35m² maisonette with a 160cm bed in the bedroom, a kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and filter coffee maker, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet can be leased separately. In addition to a coffee table, two seats, and a table, the living/dining area will soon get a sofa.

The cottage cannot be rented to another person while the villa is being rented.
Paddles and a table tennis table are now available.

- The option to have cleaning done while visiting for a cost (20€ per hour)
