This modern-style villa is set on a 1400 m² plot in the Roseraie residential development, 1 km from the town centre and beaches, with a breathtaking 180° view over the entire bay of Cavalaire and as far as the Île du Levant lighthouse.

It can comfortably accommodate 8 people, with its private heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m with salt electrolysis: no undesirable effects from chlorine) (open from April to October, weather permitting). Peace and quiet guaranteed.
The garden is partly steep, so supervision of children is recommended.
