A modernized luxury villa with over 195m2 of living space and a large 10x5-meter family pool, Villa Monti is set on an individual plateau on the side of a private mountain with 270-degree panoramic views of the Alps and the Côte d'Azur... it's the very essence of the Alpes-Maritimes!

The property itself offers three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms (two of which can be converted into twin rooms on request). A large open-plan American-style kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as a second living room with TV and games console overlooking the pool, an outdoor lounge and bar area (with its own TV and fridge).

Villa Monti is ideally located just 10 minutes from downtown Menton with its covered markets, restaurants, beaches and, of course, those famous Lemons which are celebrated every year at the world-famous Fête du Citron in February.

Essential amenities such as our superb local artisan bakery (Jean-Luc Pelé), the Intermarché hypermarket, pharmacy and newsagents/tobac are all less than 5 minutes away by car.

There's ample on-site parking for 4-5 cars.

Please note that access to the Villa is via a farm track and is not suitable for vehicles with very low ground clearance (e.g. sports cars, Ferraris, Lamborghinis etc.).
