Welcome to Villa Pardigon!
Villa Pardigon has a unique location. It's right in the middle of nature: surrounded by pines and holm oaks, 300m from the superb sandy beach of Les Dauphins and the Cavalaire coastal path.

This means you don't have to use your car to get to the beach, restaurants or town.

You'll also love the large private swimming pool (10mx5m with optional heating) with terraces, sun loungers, parasols and garden furniture. You'll be able to have great BBQs and long lunches in the shade under the terrace; and come the evening, watch the stars and listen to the crickets chirping. It's a wonderful place in a beautiful setting to switch off and recharge.

This villa is perfect for bringing family or friends together with its large communal areas and 5 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom is spacious with fitted wardrobes, dressing room, private bathroom and direct access to the garden and pool.
