A video montage uses all the images from the book in the form of a dynamic slideshow! The boxes scroll by, borrowing their vocabulary from the cinema: zooms, travels, fades...

The multi-instrumentalist musicians are positioned next to the screen. They set these images to music, playing live to the rhythm of the story, moving from sound illustrations to instrumental hymns, from sound effects to various musical pieces, covering a range of styles: blues, ska, forro, rock, jazz, songs, but always without words! Petit Poilu is a bubble-free comic book!

Petit Poilu is an inquisitive, optimistic and courageous little man who, despite himself, plunges into extraordinary adventures from which he always emerges stronger. Petit Poilu turns conventional wisdom on its head and learns about life and human relationships. The theme of this volume is aggression in others, understanding it and reacting appropriately.
