Your yoga festival by the sea On the program: yoga, of course, but not only! Lectures, a chanting circle, meditation, breathwork, sound baths, a Cacao ceremony, creative workshops and a concert followed by a DJ set on Saturday evening.
The Youj festival in giens is more than 25 courses and activities on the theme of well-being. After the huge success of the first edition, this yoga festival returns with a creators' market, live music and on-site catering. This year's festival is going to be great with and thanks to you!

Through this festival at the Hôtel le Provençal in Giens, we hope to create a vibrant and rejuvenating experience over the course of a weekend.
