La Biscuiterie d’Azur truly embodies the essence of gourmet craftsmanship. Since 2003, Clémentina Bento and Roland Litzler have been drawing on their experience and their love for the Côte d’Azur to offer their customers products of exceptional quality.

Every stage of production, from preparing the dough to packaging the products, is meticulously carried out by hand in a small-scale workshop. Nothing is left to chance, as the Biscuiterie d’Azur prioritises quality at every stage. Storage is also carefully managed, never exceeding seven days, to ensure the products remain as fresh as possible.

Today, this small Côte d’Azur-based bakery offers an exquisite selection of Canistrelli, crunchy biscuits, couronnes and navettes, all imbued with the sun-kissed flavours of the Mediterranean. Every bite reveals delicate notes of aniseed, almond, orange blossom, lemon and many more. These flavours are crafted with love and the utmost respect for regional traditions, to offer customers a truly authentic taste experience.
