A boat trip to St-Marguerite island from Cannes

Set sail for the Lérins islands from the Laubeuf quay or the old port of Cannes, and head for Sainte-Marguerite island! After a fifteen-minute boat ride, you will arrive on the largest of the islands, with picture-postcard vistas. Scents from the umbrella pines and cedars greet your arrival on the wild island. In this protected environment, Le Batéguier pond is home to many migratory birds. If you take one of the botanical paths leading to the beaches, you will discover the main species of Mediterranean flora. The Royal Fort, built by Richelieu, is an incredible monument to explore. Historically used as a State prison, it is now home to the Museum of the Sea and displays undersea archaeological collections. The famous cell of the Man in the Iron Mask is also there.  Why was this mysterious prisoner incarcerated for eleven years? Who was he? Can you solve the mystery?

Dive into the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco

Built into the side of the cliff, the Oceanographic Museum gracefully overlooks the Mediterranean sea. While your toddlers will love discovering the colourful fish, affectionate turtles and impressive sharks. Young adventurers will also be amazed by the Polar Expedition temporary exhibition.

The exhibition takes us on a journey to discover the secrets of the North and South Poles and discover the people who inhabit or explore these icy lands.  The adventure includes a unique immersive and interactive experience: journey with a mother polar bear and her cubs, dive under the ice pack to swim alongside whales… It really feels as though you are there!

The magic ends amid the enchanting northern lights. The exhibition also raises our awareness of the consequences of global warming on biodiversity and people. The aim is to improve our understanding so that we can more act more proactively.

A guided cruise from Nice to Villefranche-sur-Mer

During a stunning one-hour coastal tour with commentary, you will be swept away by the dream setting of the Bay of Angels. The tour starts at the port of Nice and takes you from the Cap de Nice to the famous bay of Villefranche. Amid glimpses of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, you’ll have time to admire the sailing yachts, hidden villages and the beautiful Mediterranean flora. As the Promenade des Anglais comes into view, the Negresco hoteland its façade classified as a historical monument will be visible from the boat. Barnet Venet’s work of art majestically takes centre stage, with its nine oblique lines that meet at the top, symbolising the nine valleys of the County of Nice. The sea cruise from Nice to Villefranche-sur-Mer reconnects you with the warm colours of a dazzling south and the views of the coastline are simply breathtaking!

Get ready to bounce, climb and slide, but above all laugh! The Village des Fous is a theme park with 49 sensational attractions for young and old that will make you completely dotty! A total of 6 new areas, now dubbed ‘districts,’ have been revamped to ensure that no attraction or discovery area is overlooked. And each district offers unique experiences and many new attractions. While the toddler district is for your barmy little ones, aged 4 or more, the aquatic district gives you the chance to cool off with the water attractions and hurtle down the water slides. The vertigo district has two exceptional new attractions: the ‘Aérolienne’ an automated zipline which hoists you up and propels you to the park entrance, before taking you back to your starting point; then there’s the air-flotte, a flying boat that leaps into a pond after a dizzying drop at 60 km/h. With its two pedal go-kart tracks, the freewheeling district lets children to take on their parents, or the other way around!
