MONTE-CARLO GASTRONOMY SHOW IN MONACO

The leading gastronomic trade fair in the Principality of Monaco!

Always in autumn, the Monte-Carlo Gastronomy Show is a delicious journey and an irresistible invitation to the pleasures of gourmet food!
Just a few days before the festive season, you can taste and buy a wide range of carefully selected products. More than 100 producers of French, Italian and European gastronomic products will be on show in Monaco, covering an area of 2,500 m2, in a refined and friendly setting!

THE GOURMAND’EZE GASTRONOMIC FESTIVAL IN EZE!

On the programme: culinary and artistic performances, workshops, demonstrations and tastings…

In October, the village of Eze is transformed into a theatre of taste, where competitions and demonstrations put on a gourmet show for three days dedicated to excellence. Nearly 80 chefs will climb the cobbled streets of this Côte d’Azur village renowned for its spectacular views and Michelin-starred restaurants. Among them will be prestigious chefs such as Michel Roth and Christian Le Squer, as well as Michelin-starred chefs, Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, Maîtres Restaurateurs and future stars of French gastronomy…

CHEFS AT THE SUMMIT IN AURON

A delicious gastronomic programme to take Côte d’Azur gourmets to the summits!

Every January for the last 8 years, the chefs of the Côte d’Azur take to the snowy peaks of Auron for the Festival de la Gastronomie en Montagne. Over the course of a week, they work in pairs in high-altitude restaurants to showcase their creativity through mountain-flavoured menus. There’s a whole host of culinary activities on offer, from giant barbecues on the snow front to workshops, chocolate fondue tastings and galettes des rois on the ice rink, so there’ll be plenty to tantalise the taste buds in Auron!

THE FISH FAIR IN THÉOULE

For the past 23 years, Théoule-sur-Mer has been honouring the sea through a gastronomic event in which numerous restaurateurs take part.

Every February, they showcase their specialities with an 8-course “all fish” menu. Hot starters, cold starters, several courses, cheese or dessert, wine, water and coffee are all included in their formulas, which tantalise the taste buds with iodised flavours. The Kermesse aux Poissons kicks off with an inauguration where fish soup and sardinade are offered to local residents.

THE STARS OF MOUGINS

Food lovers, this festival is one of the must-see gastronomic events on the Côte d’Azur!

Created in 2006, the Festival International de la Gastronomie has won over some of the world’s most renowned chefs! From Marc Veyrat to Philippe Etchebest and Anne-Sophie Pic, they’ve all come together to preside over a festival where tastings, demonstrations and competitions take place over the course of a weekend in all four corners of the old village… A unique event that’s winning international acclaim, with the Etoiles de Mougins being exported to Italy in 2019.

The next edition will take place in September 2026.

CANNOISE CUISINE CELEBRATES

As the famous Côte d’Azur chef Auguste Escoffier once said, “Good food is the basis of true happiness”.

On the Forville market in March, local producers, chefs, pastry chefs, fishmongers, bakers, etc. come together to defend Cannes’ culinary identity. For 15 days, more than fifty restaurateurs and food artisans will be offering specialities with a Cannes name and made using ingredients from the Bay of Cannes and the Pays de Lérins. Tarte cannoise, pélamide gravlax from the Bay of Cannes and Saint-Honorat are just some of the culinary delights on offer at this year’s Cannes food festival.
