Restaurant SOL

Within the CAB Foundation, the artistic restaurant-café SOL welcomes you in a cosy and relaxed setting surrounded by greenery. Ideally located between the village and the Maeght Foundation, the restaurant offers to welcome you throughout the week at any time of the day: in the morning for breakfast, at noon for lunch, in the afternoon for tea time or aperitifs and in the evening for dinner.

You will be seduced by the atypical architecture of the place: a magnificent glass roof highlighting a beautiful sea view, a carefully decorated interior featuring carefully selected furniture and materials, as well as an outdoor terrace that welcomes you in the middle of greenery. This atypical and secret place will be at your disposal to make you spend a pleasant moment.

The chef Jean-Luc ADAM and his team will be delighted to welcome you and help you discover a fresh and colourful summer menu made with local and seasonal products.
You will find a homemade menu, with daily suggestions.

You will also have the possibility of privatizing the place for any type of event (birthday, corporate meal, wedding, baptism ...). Our team will be at your service to create a tailor-made event with the possibility of proposing two formulas: a meal at the table or a buffet formula.
