Les Voiles d’Antibes

At the south mole of the Port Vauban, enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike can admire these exceptional yachts and discover exhibitions by local artists.

While the many events invite young and old alike to discover the world of the sea, the Pré aux Pêcheurs esplanade takes on a whole new look as night falls. The musical evenings will transport you into an exceptional atmosphere in a breathtaking setting!

The Régates Royales in Cannes

In the mild autumn of Cannes, the Régates Royales brings together the world’s finest traditional yachts in the Bay of Cannes. Whether you’re an amateur or an aficionado, the spectacle and atmosphere along the quays are exceptional, especially at the start of the races! Traditional sailing yachts, classic yachts, Tofinou, 5.5 Metre, Star and Dragon are all on show from 22 to 27 September in the Vieux Port.

The authenticity of the event lies in its incredible “lords of the sea”, as most of the boats are over a hundred years old. The aesthetics of these historic boats, which sail under the power of the wind and the arms of their crew of dozens of sailors, give this race a unique charm.

To get up close and personal with the spectacle, some shipping companies even offer boat trips to follow the yachts around the bay!

On the Quai Laubeuf, you’ll enjoy a host of activities and entertainment throughout the day and evening at the Village des Régates Royales de Cannes: a parade of the crews, tug-of-war, concerts and parties… The festivities take place both on land and at sea!
