"Il Terzo Suono" Ensemble, "Cantabile & Virtuoso" (Vivaldi, Tartini, Haydn, Mozart, Schubert).

The Terzo Suono Ensemble is a group of talented international soloists. This quartet presents a program featuring masterpieces from the Baroque, Classical, and Romantic periods, celebrating the flute and strings in a subtle musical dialogue. The ensemble takes its name from Tartini’s acoustic phenomenon known as the “Third Sound,” which the great violinist and composer discovered and theorized, basing a significant portion of his own mathematical and philosophical writings on it.
