Description
An evening stroll through the village's mysterious alleyways, following Julien Cohen-Lacassagne's crime novel "Versipellis, la rivière engagée", set to music for the Festival.
The sequel to the thriller written especially for FMAR in 2024 by historian-writer Julien Cohen-Lacassagne. He drew inspiration from the mysteries buried in Saorge's alleyways
to write a plot that will envelop visitors in an immersive atmosphere. The streets become the pages of a detective novel, each building telling its own story, while music weaves a captivating soundtrack.
As you turn a corner, illuminated by the subdued glow of an ancient street lamp, you'll come across musicians performing pieces specially chosen to accompany this nocturnal stroll. The spellbinding rhythms and suspense of the story add a unique sensory dimension to the discovery of Saorge by night, transporting visitors into a world where mystery and music blend harmoniously.
In this way, an evening stroll through the pedestrian village of Saorge becomes an unforgettable sensory experience, where the charm of the past unites with contemporary creativity to create a magical symbiosis between medieval architecture and the enchanting notes of a detective story set to music.
With 2 storytellers and 4 musicians.
