Mission: to restore the chestnut groves in the valleys of the Alpes-Maritimes; to bring together owners to promote the chestnut product and its derivatives.

The workshop located in Isola promotes and highlights chestnuts. It has published a cookbook featuring chestnut recipes and organizes chestnut-themed meals. It has also established a chestnut tree conservation program for the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (PACA) region and other regions of France and Italy. The products are available for purchase at the grocery store, the village bakery, and the resort’s tourist office.
