You leave here with flavors that linger, a harmony between the striking acidity of the Chef’s cuisine and bold tastes, elevating ingredients chosen for their quality and freshness, sourced locally. Agrume restaurant aims to preserve the authenticity of the island while contributing to its unique atmosphere. The meticulous selection of wines, spirits, and other beverages is complemented by a relaxed yet professional service. For this project, the family is growing by partnering with Mando, a group of restaurants and hotels based in the South of France, as well as Victor and Alex, two Parisian restaurateurs and sommeliers, close friends of the Cabarrus family.
