The 34 m² studio is located on the Presqu'île de Giens, close to the village (5 minutes' walk) and also to the Almanarre and Badine beaches (15 minutes' walk). This walk-through apartment is located on the third and top floor, without elevator, in a secure residence. It comprises a living room, extended by an enclosed loggia, opening onto a spacious terrace with panoramic sea views, and a separate kitchen (fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave and washing machine). The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin and toilet. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed and the loggia a BZ.
