Ideally located at the foot of the ski slopes, this 48 m² two-room apartment facing due south offers every comfort, year-round. Double bedroom with large walk-in closet, west-facing with access to a sun deck. Enclosed loggia facing south. Ideal for seasonal rentals, by the week or for a weekend. Nespresso coffee maker available. There are many sports activities nearby: skiing, zip-lining, tree-top adventure course, Alpha Wolves Park, Vésubia Mountain Park, horseback riding, trampoline, mini-golf, and paragliding. Bedding and towels are not included in the rental price. You may bring your own (in which case: double bed 160/200, sofa bed 140/200, and single beds 90/200). All beds are equipped with comforters and square pillows (60x60). I can provide these for you; in that case, I charge a flat fee (laundry fee) of €20 for a double bed, €10 for a single bed, and €5 per person per stay for bath towels, payable on-site. 5% discount for reservations of 14 nights or more. NON-SMOKING apartment. Pets not allowed. DURING SCHOOL VACATION PERIODS, weekly rentals are preferred.
