Nothing like it for maintaining your physical shape and feeling good in your body! Aquagym represents a series of exercises in the water which allows you to tone all muscle groups without the risk of injury thanks to the resistance offered by the water.
Summer Season:
Aqua Aerobics:
Wednesday through Sunday, starting when the pool opens
Time: 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
Ages 16 and up.
Aquafit:
Every Thursday from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM
Aquatraining:
Every Friday from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM
