Located on the ground floor and first floor of a small Belle Époque residence (late 19th century). Features a terrace overlooking a private garden. Open-concept kitchen leading into the living room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Located on the Promenade du Soleil, close to shops and restaurants. Secure parking available for one car (optional, €10/day). Minimum 5-day stay. Check-in between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM (€25 for late check-ins); check-out between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. No gatherings of more than 8 people (out of respect for the neighbors). No pets; no smoking inside the apartment.
