The "Bar of Memories" is presented with a curious menu.

Where the cocktails, dishes, and desserts are presented as memories: a Nice-style aperitif in the form of a riddle, the dish of the day. With the scent of the Côte becoming the Côte d’Azur, a dessert with the flavor of Swiss chard tart, coconut juice made the Mauritian way, or Tokyo-style coffee-sake. In six acts, he savors a series of life fragments that tell the story of life.
