RDV 9am at the Bistrot de Pays l'Auberge du Moulin and discover pastoralism around Roubion on the paths of Mélézins. Meet the cheesemaker on the Mélézins trails around Roubion.
In the morning, mountain guide Daniel will accompany you through the flamboyant mélézin on the trail of wild animals.
On the program: a better understanding of pastoralism from the past to the present, including a visit to the historic Saint Sébastien chapel. At lunchtime, stop off at the Bistrot de Pays l'Auberge du Moulin in Roubion for a menu featuring the best of the region's local produce! In the afternoon, visit the mountain cheese dairy at Les Buisses with Nicolas, who is delighted to share his passion.
