This is a relaxed, ingredient-driven approach based on a direct supply chain — true farm-to-table dining. We honour French heritage and seasonality while adding a distinctive touch inspired by South American flavors and seasoning, shaped by our team’s unique Franco-Peruvian background. Lovers of French chanson and our native soil, we chose the name Bohème as a natural expression of our passion — giving meaning to our craft, to the artisans who surround us, and to the way we share the finest products simply and authentically with friends and family. Nestled at the entrance of the old village, we aim to bring an artisanal dimension — direct from producers — to a town rich in culinary history and authenticity. Elegantly reimagined by Chloé Genter, a designer from the Meuse region with a passion for noble and natural materials, the former Paloma has been transformed into a home of textures and warmth, open to the Mediterranean Sea and the Prealps. Wood takes center stage, creating a comforting, intimate, and transportive atmosphere in a refined setting.
