The Brasserie du Provençal, located on the village side with a terrace overlooking the street, is a meeting place for local life. From early morning coffee to a convivial dinner, it combines Provençal family recipes, a warm atmosphere and sharing, in the heart of the village of Giens.
With its street-side terrace near the Giens church, the Brasserie du Provençal is a veritable meeting place for local life. From a morning coffee shared with locals to a convivial lunch, from an aperitif in the sun to a lively evening, there's a place for everyone to relax, socialize and mingle with the village's rhythm.
Redesigned by interior architect Rodolphe Parente, the brasserie comes to life around an imposing counter in bright colors and shimmering banquettes, blending design and Provencal charm.
The menu celebrates family recipes and traditions from the Var: aïoli, fish soup, stuffing, pistou, ratatouille, daube provençale... Each dish tells its own generous, gourmet story. The desserts - chocolate mousse, crème caramel or clafoutis - take you back to childhood. Wines - red, white or rosé, from the Var or elsewhere - complete this convivial and authentic experience.
