All year round, join us in an exceptional setting for an open-air yoga session with postures, deep breathing and time to relax facing the horizon. A unique moment to recharge your batteries and reduce stress and anxiety! Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga are accessible to all and taught by a certified teacher. Meet up at the Argentière beach in La Londe les Maures, at home, in the office or online. By prior arrangement. Minimum age: 8/12 years Beginners accepted. Bookings can be made up to 2 hours before the course.
