At Isola Village: Tailored Fitness & Health Programs In the village, C.O.R.E. offers localized support focused on individual coaching (strength training, physical conditioning) as well as “Prescription Sports” (Adapted Physical Activity / Health-Focused Sports) for prevention, rehabilitation, or maintaining physical fitness in complete safety. At Isola 2000: Excellence in Recovery & Energy-Based Care In the heart of the resort, activities are ramping up to offer skiers and athletes comprehensive care focused on recovery and rebalancing after exercise: Energetic & Recovery Massages (TCM / Tui Na): A targeted manual approach based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupressure point work. This treatment releases deep muscle tension, stimulates energy flow, prevents the risk of injury, and accelerates post-ski muscle recovery. Breathing Exercises & Breath Control: Breathing training modules designed to optimize oxygenation, improve altitude acclimatization, release nervous tension, and promote inner calm. Coaching & Prescription Sports: Personalized training and physical rehabilitation support right at the summit. Combined Programs & Custom Packages To maximize your clients’ experience or optimize your teams’ preparation, C.O.R.E. develops exclusive, custom “Sports & Wellness” packages. These programs combine a coaching session or targeted breathing exercise with a full-body energy-boosting recovery massage, offering the perfect synergy between physical exertion and deep regeneration.
