Description
The story begins in the tumult of the 80s, where we follow Émilie Guinchon and Louis Sérignac who, to soothe the young woman's insomnia, set off in search of answers about her past.
This quest for identity and reconnection with their origins takes the young couple to the heart of the Ardennes forest, to the dark and eerie hamlet of Scrupt. As they explore, they discover long-buried family secrets.
With his new creation, Felicien Chauveau imagines a vast family puzzle spanning the centuries, from 1356 to an imaginary future in 2336, where narratives, dialogues and visual forms mingle in an evolving scenography. The characters' actions and choices resonate through time, shaping a story where past, present and future intertwine in dizzying fashion.
