Description
As part of the Alpes-Maritimes Department's "Summer Evenings" series. Concert by the Nice Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra.
Join us for an evening where the magic of the Black Forest meets the splendor of the Mediterranean. As summer lights up the French Riviera, the Nice Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra invites you on an enchanting journey into the soundscapes of the Black Forest. This concert celebrates the composers who, through their genius, have captured the essence of deep forests, mysterious peaks, and universal emotions. (Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and his Divertimento in F Major, K. 138; Max Bruch, with his Kol Nidrei; Franz Schubert and his “Swan Song” Serenade; Fanny Mendelssohn, whose String Quartet (orchestrated for the occasion) reveals a modernity and depth that resonate with boldness). Solo violin and conductor: Violaine Darmon
